This exclusion applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Software is to stop using it.
All sales are final. No refunds are available for any reason, including but not limited to: software not meeting your requirements, technical difficulties, change of mind, duplicate purchase, or cancellation. By purchasing you confirm you understand and accept this policy.
No technical support, maintenance, bug fixes, or updates are guaranteed. Any support provided is offered at the sole discretion of the developer and does not create any obligation or liability.
Licenses expire 12 months from the purchase date. The Software will cease to function upon expiry. Renewal requires a new purchase. No data is deleted upon expiry.
Your license is bound to one computer upon first activation. Transfer to a new machine may be permitted once per 12-month period at the sole discretion of the licensor, and is not guaranteed.
This license terminates automatically and immediately, without notice and without refund, if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
The Software and all associated algorithms, methodologies, documentation, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Fuad Baba. No ownership rights are transferred by purchase of a license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zeina Kittaneh and Fuad Baba from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Software or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Software and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Software after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. When you purchase, Paddle collects:

When you activate and run ARCHOPT, the Software collects only what is needed for license enforcement:

License activation data is retained for the duration of your license plus 90 days, after which it is deleted from Paddle's servers. Local cache files remain on your computer until you delete them manually.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us or by Paddle. To exercise these rights, email fuad.baba@buid.ac.ae. Note that some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
All sensitive strings in the Software (API endpoints, credentials) are encrypted and encoded — they are not visible in plain text in the binary. Your hardware fingerprint is hashed before use and never transmitted in raw form.
